Lew James, the founder of James Associates, established TriLite Zone in 2006. Our business may have expanded in terms of the services and products that we offer, but our pledge to provide our clients with exceptional levels of customer service and high-quality products remains the same.
From there, the business also began manufacturing its own truss systems, TrussLite UK, now the sister company to TriLite Zone.

Starting out as an exhibition and events contractor, James Associates began its journey building custom exhibition stands from a wide range of materials. OPTI Trilite stock was added into the builds, and the popularity of the products and increased demand lead the business to become resellers of the OPTI Trilite truss system (amongst others), and so, TriLite Zone was born.

TriLite Zone – Realising there was a need for a hire service tailored to the events and exhibitions sectors, TriLite Zone was born!
Purchased our first trussing system to use in-house, Opti TriLite.
Purchase of our spray booth, originally spraying silver, white and black truss to hire, introducing custom colours to suit requirements later in the year
We became a reseller of several different truss systems and accessories, including OPTI Trilite
Our extremely popular powder coating service was launched, offering our clients fast turnaround coloured powder coating on old and new truss products.
TrussLite UK was founded as a manufacturer of a new, innovative conical truss system
Due to an expanding team and client base, we moved to bigger premises
After years of being live, our website was redesigned and developed to encompass a more modern and professional feel.
We introduced a specialist design and CAD service
Our commitment to continually investing in our portfolio lead us to expanding our hire range with TL34 TrussLite UK products
